A product made with IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Piedmont Hazelnuts, which are loved all over the world for their special and valuable quality characteristics. Cultivated following the dictates of symbiotic agriculture. This type of farming involves the reintegration of a positive microbial fauna (fungi, bacteria and beneficial yeasts) into the agricultural soil, which allows us to maximize the intrinsic properties of hazelnuts in terms of resistance, yield, taste and nutritional qualities.

Our hazelnuts, once harvested and dried, are shelled, graded, selected and roasted. Roasting gives the product an intense aroma and irresistible fragrance. The result is a surprising product that, in its simplicity, is capable of satisfying even the most refined palates.
